Where Is My Order?
Once we have received your order we will notify you through an email, please make sure that the email address you have used is correct as you will not receive your notification if this is incorrect. 
You may also find the order notification has made its way into your spam folder, please check this. 
Once your order is processed it will be assigned a tracking number and shipped by our delivery services. The updating of this tracking number is the responsibility of the tracking information is controlled by the delivery service. 
If there is a delay in the tracking information, please do not panic the item is still on route. 
If the item has unfortunately been lost and is confirmed lost by the delivery service then we will process a replacement item for you at no extra cost. 

Delivery Information

Once your order has been placed your order will be processed which during busy periods can take between 2 and 5 days. 

Delivery of our products can take anywhere from ten days to 30 days depending on your countries customs processing and procedures. During busy periods please allow a little extra time. If your order has failed to arrive please contact us on sales.lublus@gmail.com providing your name and order number. 

As most of our products are very high demand items product turnover is quite high and processing the shipment can take a little longer than this on occasions.

Items depending on demand can also take several days to be processed. Once processed our team will update your items details into our system and begin the shipping process. 

Once an order is received we aim to process the order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on a weekend or out of hours are generally processed the next working day. So for example if you place an order on a Friday night the order may not be processed until the following Monday. After the order is processed and the item packed shipping and tracking information will be updated in your account.

For orders of multiple items we may ship or post these out separately to you to ensure the quickest possible delivery of all items.
